In August 24, 1997 the admires and masters of the equestrian sport selebrated the 160 Anniversary

of the Tambov regional hippodrome named after Marshal of the Soviet Union S.M.Budionny. This event was timed to the 40th zone horsemen race competitions of the Central Chernozem Region.
